Starbucks!

Ok, so for the last five years I've worked for Starbucks. Hard to believe it's already been that long. I started there thinking that it was going to be an "in-between" job, but ended up loving it so much I stayed. The last four of these five years has been at the same location on the corner of Eagle and Florence Drive in Meridian. I found out a couple months ago that I was getting transfered to a brand new location just up the road. Exciting! New equipment, new faces, new customers...

So all that being said, last Saturday was my last night at store #8832. I decided to bring my camera along, you know, "just in case."

So this is the store I've been at. I haven't seen the inside of the new store yet, but I'm sure its beautiful. I gave my friend Lori my camera and she started taking all kinds of pictures. Some of them of herself!

This is Lauren and Erin having fun tormenting each other.

A roll of stickers flew across the floor and they very promptly took the chance for a photo op.

This is a very happy Lori with my camera!

This is my co-worker Kris. Needless to say, he was not very happy that we were taking his picture. He can be onery like that.
So, my last shift was a closing shift and Kris would be opening the next morning. So, I thought I might do something "special" for him. So with the help of my friends, Lauren and Erin, we created this lovely arrangment in the middle of the store for them to find in the morning...

We brought the patio furniture from outside inside (umbrella included!) and set up a nice little tea party for them. We made place settings and put stuffed animals in the chairs. I'm quite certain that Kris enjoyed his present. We sure had fun making it!

Well, all that to say, I'm going to miss it here. I have many a crazy story. Ranging from exploding water tanks to song and dance sessions. Thank you for all the great memories and I will miss all of you!!
